FAQ

We will do our best to process and ship orders within 4-5 business days of purchase. Once your order is prepared for shipment, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. Orders are typically shipped via US Mail or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 2-5 days.  All prints will be mailed in cardboard postal tubes and flush fitting end cap covers to prevent any damaged during shipping. 

RyanStrauss.Art is not responsible for damaged or lost packages.

Returns & Exchange Policy

 - We will accept returns . We have a 14-day return policy.

 - Refunds & Exchanges available on prints if you are not happy with the item. Customer must cover return S&H if returning or exchanging for any reason other than a damaged product.

 - All sales of paintings are final.
 
 - For all Digital Prints, if there are any issues or a change of heart, email me within 14 days requesting a return and or refund.

 - We use Paypal for all payments. Please see https://www.paypal.com/ for their Security and Privacy Policies.
